There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Crews staged near Gresham mean less drive time between your call and equipment on-site.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Gresham"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Gresham"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Gresham"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Gresham"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
